EXODUS CHECKLIST

Trash

  • All trash should be packed out throughout the weekend by guests (MM does not recommend centrally collecting waste)

  • Sorted recycling at CCK or behind Stage House

    • CRV/non-CRV

  • Compost rules: MIX compost if you add any compost to bin

  • Don’t forget! It’s $5/cigarette butt picked up charged after the event.

Strike

  • Strike begins 8am on day of departure

  • Check for burn marks from generators and automobile fluid on ground, check in w/ Mendocino Magic staff about any damages to property

  • Music, art installations, camps:

    • Left over 24 hours (art, lost & found, etc) considered moop and thrown away

    • Mendocino Magic not responsible for finding, saving, or returning lost & found items or art left behind

  • Moop sweep everywhere

CCK

  • Kitchen must be completely cleaned before departure.

    • No food in fridges; any personal items or food left over is considered moop

    • No trash in bins

    • No scraps in sinks

    • Bleach/windex, wipe down all surfaces, sweep floor

  • Outside Central Kitchen zone must be completely clean before departure, left as was received

  • Collect all jugs and return to CCK (full in front, empty in back)

Houses & Luxe Tents

  • All trash and personal items out by noon day of departure

  • Strip all sheets (top, bottom, pillowcases) & towels, and collect

Lake 

  • Matter Out Of Place (MOOP): Clean up any and all waste, organizer’s items (DJ equipment, infrastructure) at Lakeside, main dock, Cannonball (if applicable) and around full lake loop trail

  • Return all boats and paddles to main dock

  • Return all docks to place of origin if moved
