VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT: SURAYA DAVID-SADIRA

We’ve had the pleasure this last year of this ray of sunshine, Suraya! Suraya recently graduated from UCSC and has a passion for sustainable agriculture. Her skills shone brightly this past spring and summer when she joined Sofia’s garden team and grew tons of delicious foods, encouraging the nutritious leap forward for the whole community of magicians up here. She’s always been seen loving her best friend Cadence the horse and refilling water for our thirsty campers. We’re excited about her next chapters in gardening and sustainable ag and will always have a home for her here.
