Pricing for Campsites Summer 2021

Base Rate Prices for Additional Campers and Youths

  • $30/ person age 15+/ night Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights, $20/Monday-Thursday

  • $15/ youth under 15 years old/ night Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights, $10/Monday-Thursday

  • $5/ child under 5 years old/ night

Car Camping

  • $60 per night , $40 per weeknight

  • 1 Car per designated spot (#1-15), $30/camper/ night, 2 campers per site with up to 2 more campers per space at $30 per person

  • Car Camping Spaces Specifically Numbered; no swapping spots. Each car camping site has a picnic table and a 5 gallon water jug. Campers expected to pack out their trash offsite to the local refuse station

RV Sites

  • $80 per night, $60 per weeknight

  • 1 RV or car and trailer per spot (#14-18)/ night, 2 campers per site with up to 4 more guests per space at $30 per person

  • Each site has 30amp hookup

  • No water hookups at RV sites, but tanks can be filled with potable water at the CCK

  • No septic services for RVs provided on site

Luxe Tent Pricing

There are 12 Luxe tents divided between Portals Camp and Mast Family Camp. Proximal location to CCK with access to hand washing stations, portapotties, and hot outdoor showers. There is no parking available at Luxe campsites, but price includes a shuttle to/from parking lot at the beginning and end of your stay.

  • $120 per night (2 night minimum)

  • Pricing set for 2 guests per night

  • Each luxe campsite features (1) 16' diameter (200 sq ft) bell tent from Shelter Co., with 1 queen sized bed for 2 guests per tent with linens

  • Additional guests able to stay in luxe tents or set up additional tents of their own at luxe campsites for additional $30 per person per night

 

CANCELLATION, EVENT INSURANCE & INCLEMENT WEATHER

 

50% non-refundable down payment due in order to reserve event dates. Once payment is received, dates are secured, event permitted to marketing stage.

Balanced owed + $2500 incidentals and security deposit (covers ice, charcoal, any unforeseen staffing needs, damages) owed in two installments. 

Security Deposit returned to sender no fewer than ten day and no greater than thirty days within one month of conclusion of event.

No cancellations due to inclement weather, no exceptions. Campouts and events can cancel up to 2 weeks in advance for transfer of event date to new date within the same event season. Cancellations are at the discretion of the event holder but property management reserves the right to cancel the event should hosts/ organizers fail to comply with standard operating procedures for Mendocino Magic.

In the event of a cancellation due to causes outside of both venue and organizers’ control, organizers can choose to push event to any date within the existing season or the following season one year later. Mendocino Magic requires a minimum 2-Day event insurance policy with up to $2m coverage for private events on site listing as additionally insured.



DOWN PAYMENTS, PAYMENT METHODS & PROTOCOL:

Down Payments for Private Events (weddings, group campouts of 30 or more people) are 50% of total owed, due at time of signing in order to hold the date on our calendar.

Down Payments are non-refundable; guests have the option to transfer the date of their event to another date within the same season (ie it must fall before the October 15th close of season date), or in extenuating circumstances are permitted to move their event to a date up to one year later.

Outstanding 50% of balance owed is due within one month before event start date. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, direct deposit transaction, credit card, venmo or google cash. We do not accept checks, please do not mail any forms of payment.

Quoted site fees are based on specific type of accommodation, length of stay, number of guests, required services and add-on services.

 We accept all major credit cards for site fee reservations with an added 4% transaction fee. We also accept wire transfers, which usually cost less.
